Ready to master the art of bread-making? Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the techniques, science, and timing behind crafting professional-quality bread at home.

Whether you’re new to baking or looking to refine your technique, this class will give you the skills and confidence to recreate bakery-standard loaves in your own oven.

What You’ll Bake

In this class, you’ll learn the secrets to creating three of our signature items from start to finish:

• Cantabric Ogi (Our take on Baguettes): Master high-hydration shaping to achieve a crisp, golden crust and an airy, open crumb.

• Hot X Buns: The most amazing Hot X buns that we make every year.

Class Details

• Time: 16.00  – 20:00 

• Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate

• What’s Included: All ingredients, baking equipment, aprons, and hot drinks.

• What to Take Home: You will leave with a basket full of fresh bakes, recipe sheets, and your own active sourdough starter.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please review our booking policies prior to purchasing a seat. By purchasing a place in our workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our classes require advance preparation of ingredients, dough fermentations, and staffing, we adhere to a strict cancellation window:

• More than 7 days before class: Eligible for a full free transfer to a future available class date.

• Less than 7 days before class: Non-refundable and non-transferable to another date, as places cannot easily be re-sold at short notice.

2. Ticket Transfers (Sending a Friend)

You are very welcome to buy a ticket as a gift, or transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Simply send us an email replying to the confirmation with their name and contact details prior to the start of the class.

3. Non-Attendance & Late Arrivals

• No-shows: Failure to attend without prior notification before the class start time results in forfeiture of the booking. We cannot offer refunds, credits, or date transfers for missed sessions.

• Late arrivals: Class starts promptly at 9:30 am. To avoid missing critical prep steps and disrupting other bakers, please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

4. Cancellations by Imma the Bakery

In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe equipment breakdown or instructor illness), you will be offered your choice of a 100% full refund or priority booking for a rescheduled date.
